Through 3D printing, the shape following waterways fit the product surface, shorten the cooling time and improve the production efficiency;
Through the arrangement of follow shape water way in deep cavity position, the overall balance of mold temperature is realized, the uniform shrinkage of product after cooling is ensured, the deformation is reduced, and the yield is increased;
Optimization results:
Cooling time: from 62 seconds to 36 seconds;
Cooling temperature: from 178 ℃ to 58 ℃;
Temperature gradient: from 83 ℃ to 5 ℃.
